DELIVERY

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I'm UK based but international shipping options are available when you checkout. Although this may not be the case with all items depending on size and weight.

How long does delivery take?

In stock physical items (stickers, prints etc):
All orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped First Class within 48 hours of purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your item to arrive before contacting us. 

*International orders - please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery*

Digital items (Fonts etc):
Files will be delivered upon reciept of payment.

Print-on-Demand items (tees, sweats etc):
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide to minimise delivery times. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • UK & Europe: 6–8 business days
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with me with your order number.
 



CUSTOMS

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.



PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?

This store accepts all major credit cards or regular account payments through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal Account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL). 



ORDERS

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line.

How are your print-on-demand products made?

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

I received a wrong/damaged print-on-demand product, what should I do?

I'm so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!



RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your return policy?

We generally don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting me.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis. I'm not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders by the post but will aim to help where I can. To help me resolve any issues for you quickly, please email me within a weeks' time of your order arriving with your order number and any other details you may have. I’ll get back to you with a proposed resolution as soon as I can. 

Please note that digital items such as fonts are non-refundable. In the case of a faulty file an exchange will be offered of the same file.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I don't offer exchanges on print-on-demand items.
